According to Exam Controller TU, Pushparaj Joshi, the Office of the Controller of Examinations will handle all processes related to educational certificates online and will dispatch them to the respective OCE Regional Offices in Biratnagar, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, and Attariya.

After the 15th of Magh, Tribhuvan University will launch a new portal to provide students with the marksheets of their academic certificates online. To apply online, students will need to visit the TU website tuexam.edu.np, select the desired format, enter the necessary details, upload the required documents, make the online payment, and submit the application. Then, educational certificates will be sent to the regional office and dispatched to the campus where the student studied within five days from the day of form submission onwards.
Students can apply online for transcripts, provisional certificates, re-totaling, and correction of any certificate since January 29th (15th Magh). Now, students can pay the fee through e-payment by filling out the TU online transcript form to obtain any educational certificate. Certificates will be sent to the regional office of the concerned Office of the Controller of Examinations at TU within a week. Step 1: Visit the official website of the TU Online Academic Document System at tuexam.edu.np
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the Certificate link
Step 3: Sign up using email and after signing up, a link will be sent to your email. Click on that link.
Step 4: The interface for uploading the registration slip will appear. Upload it in PDF, JPG, or image form.
Step 5: Go to the Transcript, fill in the required information, and, for other services, click on the requested service. Provide the necessary information and fill out the online form. Once you submit all these credentials, student details will be displayed on the screen. Deposit the specified amount in the bank and submit it at the end.
Step 6: After submission of the form, the related branch of the Office controller examination of TU will start the process of service delivery based on the notification. If all processes are met, it will proceed to the Transcript print. A notification of the certified and prepared transcript will be sent to the service recipient. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, that information will also be sent to the concerned student.
Step 7: Certificates for students using the online service will be distributed through the relevant regional examination control office.
