Nepal Covid 19 Updates: According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the number of corona cases in Nepal has exceeded 14,000.
At the covid 19 updates regular press briefing organized by the Ministry, the spokesperson Dr. Jageshwar Gautam said that another 482 people were infected with corona on Wednesday. He said that the number of infected people has reached 14,046 including 482 new ones.
Of those infected on Wednesday, 117 were women and 365 were men.
According to the ministry, 135 corona infections have been reported in Achham. Similarly, 43 people from Bajura, 36 from Mahottari, 27 from Kailali, 22 from Surkhet, 21 from Dhanusha, 20/20 from Kanchanpur and Doti, 18 from Bajhang, 15 from Salyan, 13 from Jhapa, 11/11 from Banke and Bardiya and 10 from Lamjung have been infected.
Similarly, 8/8 people from Syangja and Gulmi, 3/3 people from Kaski, Gorkha, Baglung, 2/2 people from Siraha, Ilam, Morang, Nawalpur, Dang, Palpa, Dailekh, and Kalikot have been confirmed infected.
Similarly 1/1 people from Taplejung, Sunsari, Nawalparasi Bara, Parsa, Nawalparasi, Parbat, Tanahu, Arghakhanchi, Jumla, Baitadi and Achham tested corona positive.
According to the ministry, 623 people were infected in Province 1, 3,856 in Province 2, 458 in Bagmati, 1,058 in Gandaki, 3,843 in Province 5, 1,508 in Karnali and 2,700 in Far-Western. The infection has been confirmed.
Nepal Covid 19 Death Updates: The number of deaths due to coronavirus (Covid-19) infection in Nepal has reached 30. According to the Spokesperson of the Ministry of Health and Population Dr. Jageshwar Gautam, the death toll in Corona rose to 30 with the death of another person on Wednesday.
A 45-year-old man of Achham Ramroshan Gaonpalika-5 has died due to corona. According to spokesperson Gautam, he was admitted to Bayalpata Hospital on July 29 and died on July 30. Gautam informed that he was also suffering from diabetes. The PCR report of Swab taken after his death has come positive.
COVID 19 Discharge Updates: At a COVID 19 updates regular media briefing on Wednesday Spokesperson of the Ministry of Health and Population, Dr. Jageshwor Gautam said that the number of those discharged in the last 24 hours has been 1462. This is the first time that so many people have been discharged.
At present, there are 48,362 people in quarantine and 9,360 people living in isolation after being infected, Gautam said. So far, the total number of discharges has reached 4,656.
In the last 24 hours, 4,886 corona swab have been tested using PCR method. So far, 233,227 corona have been tested using PCR method. Similarly, 3620 people have been tested by RDT method till date.
