According to the Spokesperson of the Ministry of Health and Population Dr. Jageshwor Gautam, the number of infected people is 5,672. On Saturday, 315 people were infected with corona, 224 on Thursday, 274 on Thursday, 210 on Wednesday, 353 on Tuesday and 139 on Monday.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 81 people have been confirmed infected in Parsa. Corona infection has been confirmed in 35 people in Dhanusha, 22 in Kathmandu, 16 in Morang, 12 in Sunsari, 11 in Doti, 10/10 in Kailali and Bardiya, 8 in Lalitpur and 8 people in Syangja and 5 in Mahottari and 5 in Kaski.

Similarly, 3 people from Nawalpur and 3 people from Lamjung, 2 people from Sarlahi, 2 people from Rautahat and 2 people from Tanahun and one person each from Bhaktapur, Chitwan, Sindhuli, Gorkha, Baglung, Doti and Darchula have been confirmed infected.

According to the ministry, more than 500 infected districts in Nepal are Rautahat and Kailali. At present, the number of districts with zero corona infection has reached five. According to spokesperson Gautam, corona infection has dropped to zero in Bhojpur, Sankhuwasabha, Rasuwa, Manang and Mustang.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, samples of 8,831 people have been tested using PCR method in the last 24 hours. At present, the number of nepal covid-19 active infected people in the country is 5,672 and the number of those living in quarantine is 10,934.

In the last 24 hours, 111 corona infected people have returned home after treatment. At the same time, the number of discharges has reached 14,603, spokesperson of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Jageshwor Gautam said. 57 people have died due to corona infection till Sunday. The number of deaths due to corona in Nepal has reached 57.
