Nepal Covid-19 Cases Crosses 20,000 with 315 new COVID-19 cases. According to the Spokesperson of the Ministry of Health and Population Dr.Jageshwor Gautam, the total number of Nepal Covid-19 cases has reached 20,086.
The highest number of 98 infected people has been found in the Kailali district. Similarly, corona infection has been confirmed in 68 people of Bajhang, 66 people of Parsa, 28 people of Achham, 22 people of Ilam, 9 people of Kanchanpur, and 7 people of Saptari.
Nepal covid-19 cases has has been confirmed in 5 people from Kathmandu and 5 people Siraha, 2 people from Jhapa, 2 people from Morang, 2 people each from Ramechhap and Rupandehi and one person each from Sunsari, Udaipur, Bara, Rautahat, Kavre, Bhaktapur, Kaski and Salyan.
The number of active Nepal covid-19 cases has reached 5,338. Corona infection was seen in 224 people on Friday, 274 people on Thursday, 210 people on Wednesday, 353 people on Tuesday and 139 people on Monday.
At present, the number of active Nepal COVID-19 cases in the country is 5,338. Gautam said. There are 225 infected people in Province No. 1, 2,066 in Province No. 2, 575 in Bagmati Province, and 313 in Gandaki Province. Similarly, 387 people are being treated in isolation in different hospitals in Province No. 5, 297 in Karnali province, and 1,675 in Far-Western province.
In a regular media briefing held by the ministry on Saturday, Jageshwar Gautam said that 92 people have been discharged in the last 24 hours. The spokesperson Gautam said that the total number of discharges has reached 14,492. The discharge was above 72 percent.
According to the provinces, 856 people have been discharged from Province No. 1, 3,149 from Province No. 2, 532 from Bagmati Province and 1,256 from Gandaki. Similarly, 3,971 infected people from Province No. 5, 1,718 from Karnali Province and 3,010 from Far Western Province have recovered and returned home.
There are 11,533 quarantines in the country. There are 1,254 in Province No. 1, 1,573 in Province No. 2, 852 in Bagmati Province and 2,953 in Gandaki Province. Similarly, 1,536 people are in quarantine in Province No. 5, 443 in Karnali Province and 2,922 in Far Western Province.
Currently, Bhojpur, Sankhuwasabha, Rasuwa, Kavrepalanchok, Manang and Mustang districts are said to be infection free. According to Gautam, samples of 6,993 people have been tested by PCR method in the last 24 hours.
