France’s Ligue 1 and 2 have been ruled out this season. Prime Minister Edward Philip has announced that he will not allow any sporting activities without spectators until September.

Earlier, the LFP had said that it would hold League One and Two from June 17.

But on Tuesday afternoon, Prime Minister Philip unveiled a post-May 11 lockdown plan, which would suspend all sporting activities until September.

Now Paris Saint-Germain could automatically be declared the league champions as they have a 12-point lead in the table. Also in the Champions League will go Marseille, Rennes.
