Sept 21 Kathmandu Coronavirus Updates Nepal: With 1154 cases has pushed Nepal’s coronavirus tally to 65,276 the Ministry of Health and Population showed. The death count has risen to 427 with 16 more fatalities.
47,238 patients have recovered from the infection in the country, pushing the recovery rate to 72 percent. According to the Spokesperson of the Ministry of Health and Population Dr. Jageshwor Gautam, 1,005 people have been discharged in the last 24 hours
Coronavirus Death Updates Nepal:
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 16 people have died of the corona infection in the last 24 hours.
The deceased have been identified as 13 men and three women. Two people have died in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur, Banke and Makwanpur districts.
Similarly, one-one person died in Jhapa, Sunsari, Parsa, Chitwan, Rupandehi, and Dolakha. Jageshwar Gautam said.
The number of infected people across the country has reached 65,276 so far, including the increase on Saturday. Similarly, 1,005 infected people have been discharged in the last 24 hours. The number of those discharged so far is 47,238.
Ministry spokesperson Dr. Jageshwar Gautam said that the cure rate of the infection is 72 percent. Currently, there are 17,611 active infected people.
Of those infected, 196 are being treated in the ICU and 31 in the ventilator, according to the ministry.
