According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 1,111 people have been infected with the Coronavirus in the last 24 hours. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 12,629 samples were tested using PCR during this period.

According to the ministry, 377 infected people have been added in Kathmandu Valley alone. Of them, 270 are in Kathmandu, 66 in Lalitpur and 41 in Bhaktapur.

Similarly, 85 from Parsa, 75 from Banke, 72 from Rupandehi, 63 from Makwanpur, 45 from Chitwan, 39 from Dhanusha, 38 from Sunsari, 30 from Bara and 22 from Saptari.

Similarly, 21 from Kapilvastu, 20 from Morang and Kailali, 18 from Nawalparasi, 17 from Nawalpur and Baitadi, 15 from Rautahat, 13 from Kavre, 12 from Dailekh, 11 from Tanahun, 9 from Surkhet and 8 from Baglung.

Similarly 7 each from Siraha, Mahottari and Nuwakot, 66 from Sarlahi, Ramechhap, Kanchanpur and Doti, 5 each from Sindhuli and Jajarkot, 4 each from Pyuthan and Sankhuwasabha, 3 each from Sindhupalchok, Lamjung and Gulmi, Dolakha and Kaski.

2 people from Dang and one each people from Khotang, Dhading, Gorkha, Parbat, Bardiya and Bajhang have also been infected with coronavirus.

The number of active infected people across the country is 15,273. There are 1,135 infected people in Province No. 1, 1,818 in Province No. 2, 3,503 in Bagmati Province and 411 in Gandaki Province. Similarly, 9,063 infected people are in institutional isolation in the country, including 983 in Province No. 5, 372 in Karnali Province and 841 in Far Western Province.

Similarly, 11 people are being treated in ICU in Province No. 1, 44 in Province No. 2, 71 in Bagmati Province, 3 in Gandaki Province, and 18 in Province No. 5. Similarly, 2 people in Province No. 1 and 15 people in Bagmati Province are undergoing treatment on ventilators.

Coronavirus Nepal Death Updates

Nine more people have died in Nepal due to corona virus (Covid-19) infection. Within 24 hours, eight more people died after being infected with corona.

The deceased have been identified as a 65-year-old woman from Lalitpur, a 23-year-old woman from Baraki, a 32-year-old woman from Kaski, a 70-year-old woman from Rupandehi and a 70-year-old woman from Banke.

Similarly, a 48-year-old man from Kathmandu, a 50-year-old man from Kapilvastu and a 62-year-old man from Parsa died, the ministry said. So far, the number of deaths due to corona infection has reached 183. So far, 0.52 percent have died from corona infection.

Coronavirus Covid-19 Nepal Discharge Updates

According to the ministry, 569 people have been discharged in 24 hours. At the same time, the number of Corona winners has reached 20,073. The total number of PCR tests in Nepal has reached 647,881. At present, there are 9,488 people in quarantine.

Till date Bhadra 11, 1,491 people have been discharged in Province No. 1, 4,458 in Province No. 2, 946 in Bagmati Province and 1,670 in Gandaki Province. Similarly, 4,702 infected people in Province No. 5, 2,025 in Karnali Province and 4,781 in Far-Western Province have recovered and returned home.

There are 9,448 quarantines in the country. There are 902 in Province No. 1, 923 in Province No. 2, 754 in Bagmati and 2,366 in Gandaki. There are 1,006 quarantines in Province No. 5, 501 in Karnali Province and 3,036 in Far Western Province.
