Corona infection has been confirmed in another 150 people in Nepal. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, corona infections have been confirmed in 150 more people in various laboratories across the country.
In a regular media briefing held by the Ministry of Health and Population on Tuesday, spokesperson Dr. Jageshwar Gautam informed that the number of infected people has reached 17,994 so far. According to him, 3,963 tests have been conducted in 27 laboratories in 24 hours.
According to district-wise statistics, 2 cases of infection were reported in Jhapa, 3 in Sarlahi, 8 in Udayapur, 2 in Ilam, 1 in Saptari, 3 in Morang, 29 in Dhanusha, 13 in Mahottari, 2 in Parsa, 5 in Chitwan, 5 in Makwanpur, 1 in Kavrepalanchok, 2 in Ramechhap, 4 in Kailali and 8 in Kathmandu.
Similarly, there are 1 from Mahottari, 1 from Nuwakot, 1 from Lalitpur, 3 from Gorkha, 3 from Myagdi, 3 from Syangja, 3 from Baglung, 1 from Nawalparasi, 3 from Banke, 3 from Dang, 10 from Dailekh, 2 from Salyan, 4 from Doti, 4 from Bajhang and 20 from Kanchanpur.
In a regular media briefing held by the ministry on Monday, spokesperson Dr. According to Jageshwar Gautam, 609 people have been discharged in the last 24 hours. So far, the number of recoveries has reached 12,477. According to Gautam, the recovery rate in Nepal is 69.34 percent.
At present, 5,477 infected people are being treated in various isolations across the country. There are 108 infected people in Province No. 1, 1,913 in Province No. 2, 421 in Bagmati Province, and 380 in Gandaki Province.
Similarly, 370 people are being treated in Province No. 5, 293 in Karnali and 1,992 in Far Western Province. There are 21,704 people in quarantine. A total of 3,963 corona tests were performed on PCR on Tuesday.
Similarly, seven districts have been free of coronavirus infection so far. These include Bhojpur, Panchthar, Sankhuwasabha, Dhankuta, Rasuwa, Manang and Mustang districts.
