In the last 24 hours, 3331 samples of PCR have been tested in 27 laboratories across the country and 57 new COVID-19 cases found in Nepal.

57 new COVID-19 cases in Nepal, tally reaches 17,637

According to the Spokesperson of the Ministry of Health and Population Dr.Jageshwor Gautam, corona was confirmed in 101 more people on Thursday and the number of infected people has reached 17,502.

At a regular media briefing held by the Ministry of Health and Population on Saturday, spokesperson Dr Jageshwor Gautam said that the number of infected people has reached 17,502 so far.

According to spokesperson Gautam, 103 eople had been discharged during the period in the last 24 hours. At the same time, the number of those discharged has reached 11,637. At the same time, the number of Corona winners in Nepal has reached 66.12 percent.

There are three districts with more than 500 infected. According to the ministry, more than 500 people have been infected in Rautahat, Kailali and Bajura. Similarly, Bhojpur, Panchthar, Rasuwa, Manang, Mustang and Humla are the districts with zero corona infection.

According to the ministry, there are 23,275 quarantines at present. Five thousand eight hundred and twenty-five people are being treated in isolation. The death toll from the Corona has risen to 40.
